However, email providers filter incoming emails in order to reduce unwanted emails in your inbox which means emails often tend to go straight into your junk folder without you even realising meaning you could potentially be missing out on our exclusive competitions and also being notified of a win.

Read on to find out how to add emails to your safe sender’s list so you definitely will not miss out on all the competition fun, we have outlined how to do this on the most common email providers.

Outlook (Hotmail) Users

1. Select the settings icon in the top right corner
2. Scroll down to find the ‘View all Outlook settings’ link and select
3. Then select ‘Mail’ and then ‘Junk email’
4. Under the ‘Safe Senders and domains’ header, select ‘Add’
5. Next, enter the sender email address and then press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard
6. Then click save which can be seen in the bottom right corner
7. Enjoy entering competitions via your inbox

Apple iCloud Users

1. Go to ‘Contacts’ and select the ‘Add’ button in the sidebar
2. The choose ‘New Contact’
3. Next, enter the email address of the email you want to add to the safe sender list
4. Then select ‘Done’
5. Lastly, start entering competitions via your inbox

Gmail Users

1. In the top left corner, select ‘Create Contact’
2. Enter the email address of the email you want to add to the safe sender list
3. Select ‘Save’ in the bottom right
4. Lastly, start entering competitions via your inbox

Yahoo Users

1. Select the ‘Contacts’ icon
2. Then select ‘Add a new contact’
3. Enter the email address of the email you want to add to the safe sender list
4. Select ‘Save’
5. Lastly, start entering competitions via your inbox

Aol Users

1. Select ‘Contacts’
2. Then select the ‘New Contact’ icon
3. Enter the email address of the email you want to add to the safe sender list in the ‘Email 1’ field
4. Select ‘Add contact’
5. Lastly, start entering competitions via your inbox

BT Users

1. Go to the ‘Settings’ tab
2. Then select the ‘Safe Sender’ folder
3. Select the ‘Add’ button
4. Enter the email address of the email you want to add to the safe sender list
5. Select ‘Save’
6. Lastly, start entering competitions via your inbox
